Hi Richard,

I wanted to bring to your attention an ongoing issue with order number 10530279, for which I would like to file a complaint. Unfortunately, the order has been on hold for several days now, and I'm concerned about the slow response from both the customer and the customer service team assigned to the case.

To provide some context, i got an email that this particular order had been disputed, in the email it was stated that the account had been stolen.

The customer mentioned that the account is still visible on their friend list, so I requested the buyer to provide a screenshot of the trainer's profile from the account that is friends with the stolen one.

In addition, I informed the buyer that I would need to contact the customer service team at Pokémon GO to verify whether the account was created using a Google Mail account or a Pokémon Trainer Club (PTC) account. It's important to note that the only way to regain access to a Pokémon GO account is through the Pokémon Trainer Club, and I firmly believe that I sold the buyer a Google Mail account.

Unfortunately, I haven't received any response from the buyer so far. When I attempted to explain the situation to the customer service team, they outright dismissed my concerns and stated that the buyer's claim is valid.

I wanted to bring this matter to your attention as I believe it requires further investigation and resolution. I kindly request your assistance in addressing this issue promptly.

Maybe "Kevin" needs f**** glasses. Also, "Kevin" can't even open a zip file. You don't want to purchase things from braindead zombies who can't even open a zip file.
